| Rather than be hostile about the situation, can you provide us some more feedback so that we're in a better place to act on it? For example, why do you feel that "Act 4 is still unplayable"? Is it because of the density of white mobs? Of Elites? By comparison, in what area do you feel that monster density is a good place? Having that kind of detail puts us in a better position to make meaningful improvements.
