| Just added a MSI HD 7770 video card but it says "card not supported". I hit escape then diablo logo comes up for a sec then disappears but the game never starts. I check task manager and it is running in processes but it doesnt show up as a running program. Put old video card back in (GT 210) and it works again. Any suggestions? | ||

| texanfan, Did you uninstall the Nvidia drivers and install the latest ATI drivers when changing the old card out? If you just put the old card back in and it worked, it sounds like you didn't do anything with the drivers. With the ATI card in place, can you post your dxdiag info please? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. | ||

| texanfan, DDraw Status: Not Available D3D Status: Not Available AGP Status: Not Available This is where it's having a problem. These should all say they're enabled. If they don't, the game's not going to run. Did you just install the drivers again before posting this dxdiag or was it done earlier? Did you do an uninstall of the Nvidia drivers or just leave them as is and put in the ATI drivers? Or did you by any chance try running a driver cleaner app to remove all the old driver info? Have you rebooted the pc lately? | ||
