| So I have never set up parental controls on this account but it seems that it was somehow set up. I have been locked out of the RMAH due to this. I have checked all my other emails to see if one of them was used to set up parental controls but none of them were. Is there anyway I can have this removed or be informed what email was used to set them up? ~ Cheers | ||

| Nova, Parental controls were enabled the same day and time that the Battle.net account was created back in 2011. You'll need to do as MIssCheetah suggests if you don't know or have access to the email address used at that time. This support article will lead you through the process. | ||
