| Hi, i bought diablo last year in june and i couldnt run the game with a decent enough fps (i get around 10-20) ive lowered the settings and messed around with the d3prefs file and still cannot get a decent fps, i have an AMD radeon HD 6250 graphics card and 4 gb of ram. I was thinking of how i could reduce the lag a bit maybe if i could turn off the background scenery in the maps like for example in the tower of the damned i think its called? where there is the huge monsters and such in the background just adding scenery to the game, I was wondering if there was any way to just remove all of that junk from the game? i dont care about appearance in games really, i just want to be able to play with my friends. Is this possible? and if not is there anything i can do to make the game stop lagging? | ||

| EricMack, Your HD 6250 really isn't a good choice for gaming I'm afraid. http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-6250.40958.0.html We don't internally have it listed but the HD 4330 it's based off of is rated as providing "Slow" performance. That's the lowest rating we have for cards that can run the game. There isn't much you can do really other than run with all of the in-game video settings at their lowest values. | ||

| EricMack, I'm sorry, but there's not. Your hardware just isn't going to be able to deliver very good performance in the game. Other than the in-game settings I mentioned, there's really nothing else I can recommend beyond using a different computer to play. | ||

| EricMack, A refund won't be possible because you've had the game too long (nearly a year) and already played well beyond what the trial version would allow. | ||
