| I'm getting this error when trying to create an auction on the RMAH. Tuesday and yesterday I was getting a pop up saying I needed to enter an authenticator eventhough I had one on my account. Can you please tell me if this is a known issue and you are working on it? I haven't been able to use the RMAH for 3 days now. | ||

I am having the same issue... I understand errors happen and I can not post on the RMAH, but what about pending transactions? I have a few things that have sold, will those be delayed as well? Unsure - as soon as I have more information I'll be sure to post it. Thanks Owwie :) | ||

Update for you Araxom, Do not know if it helps you pinpoint the issue, but pending transactions still go through fine even with the error. :) Okay good to know - I did just receive an update that we're continuing to test. I don't have any other specifics to provide at the moment, but just wanted to know that I'm still here and will update you as soon as I can. | ||

| Okay, as of 15 minutes ago I received my last update, and the issue is still being addressed as of 6:30p PDT. I'll be on for another hour this evening, and if the issue is not resolved by then I'll make sure I check back when I return in the morning to update you with what I have. | ||

| I'm still here, Spear - I was just trying to be clear that I am keeping up with the thread and will update it as soon as I have concrete info. When something like this is being tested, the various departments will message each other as we go through the checks that are needed to make sure all is well. I am having the issue of validation, says my digital copy isn't validated but it was a bit ago. Hi Mike, if that issue is still persisting, please make sure you reset the password for the account as that should do the trick. If it does not, please let me know. -------------------- I've received word that the issue has been resolved. | With a prior similar AH issue, users found that having the affected item lose a little durability would allow it to be posted afterwards. Try equipping just that item and getting your character killed so it suffers a minor durability loss.
