| Okay, I was playing in the Vault of the Assassin and paused the game to take a phone call. When I came back, I found that the server had disconnected me and my level 57 HC character was dead! I tried to send a ticket with a picture of the screen to show them but it seems for what I've been reading, that no matter what the circumstances, a dead HC character cannot and will not be recovered. I can live with my death if I face a deadly pack, but this......... Blizzard should be able to review the circumstances of the death and realize that there are legitimate circumstances that a character restore would be warranted. | ||
