I was IDing my bag when my identifying bar got stuck. I left game tried to log back in and recieved an error. When I finally got back in game my unidentified manticore was gone from my bag. Thankfully I started streaming and have this all on video.

1:14:12-1:16:45 is me with the manticore in bag and having issues with the identifing bar not closing out. The video is really long if you want to see the manticore drop and everything is in there.

This is a re-post from bug reporting, so if that one needs to be deleted let me know.

I was unable to get back online until 1:24:55. Then at 1:31:28 I came to the realization my unid manticore was gone. Please look into this if you need date and times it was 3/25/13 and these series of events happened around 19:30 PST(gmt-8). The back logged video's on twitch has everything documented.

What I'm assuming happened is that warden was activated when I was typing /raffle command in twitch chat. Then warden might have "shutdown" my game due to manticore being highly duped. I don't know for sure but there is no reason for this item to be removed from my bag. In the video you can clearly see it was not identified and not vendored, but when I'm able to view my bag again the item is gone.

Thank's for taking the time to read this post and I'm eagerly awaiting a response. Not sure what to do now so I'll sit on my Barb and plvl my Wiz until this issue gets resolved. Thanks again!

I'm sorry, but there isn't any item restoration possible in Diablo III regardless of what caused the item to be lost or missing.

"Customer Support cannot assist in restoring sold, destroyed, or lost items."

It looks to me from the video that the game server you were connected too crashed or stopped responding, possibly resulting in a loss of any items/progress recently acquired. Note that the gold on the character was less after reconnecting than it was before disconnecting as well. That's just a guess though and we have no way to know really.
