| Hi, I cant see any messages in General chat or other channels when using my PC to play. When i use my laptop i can see people talking/chatting. How come, did i disable some option on the client for my pc am not aware off? | ||

| KrAaY, There aren't really any client-side settings other than selecting the text color for various types of chat messages. Make sure you're actually in the General channel by typing /join General You should see upon entering how many users are in there already when you do. You might try typing /leave General and then /join General again afterwards too. | ||

| KrAaY , Can you post the top 50 lines or so of the D3Debug.txt file from each computer? Just down to "--- OS memory stats end-----" It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. | ||

| KrAaY, That line doesn't have any significance in the retail release, it's for internal builds only. I still need the top 50 lines from the other computer's D3Debug file please, and could you identify which one isn't letting you see chat? | ||

| KrAaY, I wanted to compare the two, that's why I asked for both. With just one, I have to guess. Does your laptop also have a Dutch version of Windows? Also, if you're seeing some messages, it's working, there's not much of anything we can do. There are multiple General channels and you won't always join the same one as your other computer does. Some are just going to be more "chatty" than others. Have you tried asking in the channel if anyone can see what you're typing? | ||
