| ideo You can find the banner by clicking on the banner flag in the background of the character select screen > click on "Sigil" > scroll to the bottom of the "select a sigil" menu. The wings you get in an in-game message. Once you resume game or start a new game, you will see a small envelope icon by the in-game chat window. Click on that and then you should be able to click on the wings so that they get moved to your inventory. If you don't have them yet, then I would wait the suggested 72 hour period after upgrading, and then contact the accounts department. You can contact them by opening a Support Ticket.
