| For better technical support can you edit your signatures like in US - Omrakos, about your work hours e.g: "I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time" http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/9377258603#2 Players would not rage in weekends then you offline :), and it's good to know then you come to read tech issues.
