| I just got Diablo 3 this very day. I logged onto my account added game code and created the battletag name. Then I installed the game from the DVD, but when I went to play I entered my Account log on details and was locked out of my account. I have reset the password and received the SMS code verification and entered it and I get the message my account has been successfully unlocked, but when I try and log on a message saying that account does not exist, Can someone please assist me? Please Note it is NOT for this account that I am currently posting on, it is for my main battlenet account - World of Warcraft Character name is Xiantha on Suramar Server. Thanks in advance | ||

| Hypochondria, It looks like you've been playing since your post was made. Keep in mind that you have an EU Battle.net account and a US game account in case your region gets switched and you can't see any characters. | ||

| Craiann, Your digital purchase order of Diablo III is still in our system as "Queued". Until it's finalized, which is usually within 72 hours, there will be a few trial restrictions still in place on the game account. | ||

| Chowmein, I had to determine the Battlenet account based on the info you provided since you didn't post from it originally. "World of Warcraft Character name is Xiantha on Suramar Server." In looking again, I must have mistyped something the first time around as it is indeed a US account. Sorry for the mis-information. | ||
