Seriously.. Its a week since the lag started.. The customer support are pretty lame, you keep asking us for help but you don´t inform us about much.
I dont know what your companys prioritizations are but to me customers and quality should be on the top of your list, except for your own health.
Of course every company has some problems from time to time. Accept it, troubleshoot and inform customers, An ETA is always necassary. It gives the customers hope and it gives you the pressure that you need too work harder. Everybody works better with some pressure. If the problem doesn´t get solved in time, so give us more information and a new ETA. Im pretty certain that YOUR team sets an ETA on the upcoming activities from the problem.
I don´t know your daily routines, but you can get more effective and gain a lot more customers and fans if you just start to work more effective in all ways, and please, make new prioritizations and start too pulse activities with your team leader etc. to streamline your work.
Maybe you don´t see it, but WE do!

Just some constructive criticism and a little bit of frustration.
