| Really blizzard, I think your silence these days with lag issues are not a good way to make your players happy with this game. Service attention was good to me until lag trouble came here. Now, you answer all the questions with redirection to another forum thread (with no more words), where the only thing you said is to call our ISP (when this problem came with the last maintenance work and all the players have different ISPs...) or that we must see our pings and show it you... And telling there is no a patch to solve this. First days you answer some question,,, now, you answer almost with silence. Seriously, it makes me think about buy the expansion. Until now I have not doubt about this, but the way you are driving this issue with your silence, make us moving for your mistake with this issue, makes me get down my enthusiasm to buy the expansion,,,, Really, I know there is big troubles that are difficult to carry, but please, make us believe back in you soon. Think in the hc PC players. We are playing with the same poor loot since the first diablo day. Now we are seeing how console players have better loot,,, And now, we cannot play by the lags... I know and I can walk in your shoes, and I know it's a difficult issue, but,,, i think you can show us more service attention and humility recognizing the problem and its origin. I am a European server player, we all have lag too. It's a global trouble. | ||
