So, how long do you (blizzard) belive you need in solving this issue? 4 days so far with gameplay breaking lag is not exactly wanting me to support future expansion if this is the common timeframe blizzard will use on resolving such a severe issue. And yes, we know blizzard is one of the few that can neglect their customers like this without any repremends, but atleast give us SOME info about where your tech people are at, if you are still collecting pathpings, if the tech people have moved from their office on their way to the datacenter, if they have talked to telia, some regular update whould be great, to keep us updated, and no, the CSEU twitter aint posting anything.
So pretty please with a cherry on top, can you get the finger out of the stinker and give us a thread with regular updated information on whats going on? |
