| Auction House Listing Items There is a small chance that listed items may not appear. Relisting the items may cause the original auction to appear visually, but it will not be possible to bid on it. The investigation into this problem continues and we will update this post as soon as have any more information. Unfortunately our support teams are unable to 'speed' the auction up for you so you will need to be patient and wait for the invisible auction to run its course before attempting to list the item again. You will not lose the item. Transaction Delays Many players are experiencing transaction delays when buying/selling from the Diablo III auction houses. These transactions are currently taking approximately 4-5+ days longer to process than normal. If you have still not received your items/gold/money after 5 days (120 hours) then please contact our Account and Payment Support team directly so that they can investigate further. Bear in mind that these investigations can take a while to complete. Please do not make a post on the Diablo III forums as the moderators here will not be able to assist you in any way. Don’t panic if this happens! We’d like to assure players that, despite these issues and delays, we have not seen any cases where gold/items have been permanently lost. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disruption that these issues are causing the traders of Sanctuary and ensure you all that, despite their immense complexity, we will continue to do our best to iron out these problems and provide a smooth trading environment for everyone to use safely. However, once again we must reiterate that our support forum moderators cannot directly assist you with any issues relating to the Diablo III auction house. | ||
