| So I bought Diablo III as soon as it came out, played it for a few days with some friends and haven't played it since. Now I'm in university and some friends want to play. So I went to log into my account, and it says that my password was wrong. I ended up making a new account with the same email... And my Diablo III game key isn't there. I'm extremely frustrated by this. How do I get my game key back? And my hero? | ||

| Serious69er, I cant go into any personal details here in a public forum, but it appears you're using a different Battle.net account than the one you originally used for Diablo III. That account though appears to have been compromised and is currently being prevented from playing. You're going to need to contact a Billing Representative to try and straighten out the account issues. You should try to remember what the Battle.net account (email address) you used before was too. | Sharre911, The only character I see any record of at all on this newly created account is a deleted level 1 Crusader. heey my Diablo 3 and reapoer of the soul has dissapeared from my Account and I know that it was on this account cause all my friends is on this account and I do not have one more so xD i got my cd from reaper and souls left but i can only play the starter Edition.. I see you've contacted Customer Support and they have helped you find your account. Happy to know everything is fine! Please, try to check the date of a thread before posting on it. If the thread is old like this one, the information in it can be outdated and not accurate anymore.
