| Hi, I have an annuel pass gift Diablo III game. Before releasing the game I have downloaded the game setup on 14th of may, and installed it on 15th, around there. Game works fine but I have a question. When I check my account status via battle.net web site, on the right up side which my charachter name is on, it says Diablo 3 beta. Is there a problem with that, because my game is supposed to be full game. Can you tell me whats written there in your account? Now i have tryed diablo 3 again, and now its says starter edition, before it said beta? so i thought it would work. and i have paid for the 1 year + annuel :/? | ||

| Brutally, The World of Warcraft Annual Pass program required you to keep your account up to date throughout the year in order to keep the Diablo III game. It appears it lapsed on 12-21-2012 though so it was removed and replaced with a Starter Edition on that date. You'll need to speak to a Billing rep in order to see if they can re-enable it now. I see you've been playing World of Warcraft then so I believe they'll take that into consideration as far as applying it towards the original year you contracted for.
