| I've had this error for about 2 days now (unable to obtain achievement data). I've reset my battle net password, I've deleted the cache so on so forth. Still nothing has helped plz help me | ||

| Dazi, Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though. It's going to appear in a few places in the file. I'd also like you to open a cmd prompt and: 1. Go to directory %programdata%\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\ (usually C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\) 2. Type dir /s *.achu (from the cmd prompt) 3. Verify the latest file it finds is: 58d852e08f6f40ac281c3aa484342800d1bbb8f8d26ed9ca862d5c9251838163.achu With a size of: 402,636 bytes | ||
