| I have an authenticator on my account and it says I entered the wrong log in information every time I put it in. My password is correct, my authenticator code is correct, and it's allowing me on my World of Warcraft account but not Diablo 3. Diablo 3 prompts me for my authenticator and World of Warcraft does not, so I'm assuming it has something to do with the authenticator? Any suggestions? | ||

| Fluffytoy, That's odd. The authenticator doesn't use a cell connection to work. Once it's been added to your account, it's just an app that generates a time-sensitive code to use for logging in. Perhaps you re-synced it along the way which usually resolves such issues? | ||
