| Hey, I have decided to reinstall diablo 3 and unfortunately have been stuck for hours. I have attempted to delete the blizzard/battle.net in programdata, and I have also tried many other suggestions on the forum to no avail. Sometimes I receive, " Updating tools 0% ", other times I am stuck loading setup files and currently I am stuck at " Initializing." Any help would be much appreciated, thanks. | ||

| Kryostat, Are you running any antivirus apps on the two pcs? If so, try temporarily disabling them while installing. Also, when running the installer, run it as an admin by right clicking the icon that starts it nd selecting that option (only applicable in Windows Vista or later) | ||

| Kryostat, When it get's stuck, it's usually due to permissions somewhere. Antivirus apps come into play with that so it's important to disable them if they're in use, until the game is installed and patched.
