| I noticed that when you buy something, you can't IMMEDIATELY switch to your "completed" tab. I just bought another item, but this time I waited a few seconds until the "completed" tab populated, it actually processed like this and I got my item. Still, I'm missing my first order, immortal king's eternal reign for 1.8b. order #1418105242 | ||

| Pwnsaucè, The first two auctions you listed each had their item sent already. The latest is still processing so you'll need to allow it some time. Please allow at least 72 hours after an auction is ended before contacting us about items not being received. After that time has elapsed, you can submit a support ticket as described below: 1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance. 3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected. 4. Type in "auction house" and click Next. 5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket". 7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit". Mention in the ticket that you've waited 72 hours already and still not received the gold/items. It doesn't really help to post Auction House transaction issues in the forums as we can't do anything to speed up the processing. A support ticket must be submitted in order for it to be investigated. | ||
