| I have encounter this several times and unable to go beyond... At first everything is normal and once Diablo ended his speech My system just crash and reboot itself. So I am unable to go beyond normal act with my current character... Kindly advice what can be done so that I can get back to playing diablo. Thanks | ||

| KamenSoul, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. | ||

| KamenSoul, See if updating your video drivers helps. The ones you have now are pretty old, being from 2010. These are ATI's latest reference drivers. They may or may not work with your laptop.
