| BrockLee Try deleting the Battle.net Cache to see if that helps. Here's how to do that: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-the-battlenet-cache-folder-pc?utm_source=internal&utm_medium=support_forums&utm_campaign=BlizzardCS ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||

| BrockLee Please post some information about your computer. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista or 7, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the entire dxdiag file into your reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||

| BrockLee Lets try a different video driver to see if that helps. Here's a link for the driver download: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx After extracting, when you are going to install the driver, I would like for you to select "Express" > Click on "Next" > Then just accept the Terms of Use and let the driver install complete. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||

| BrockLee It's possible. Have you tried going back to a wired connection to see if there is any difference? The whole disconnecting from battle.net issue is usually related to the connection. I just suggested the driver update to make sure everything is up to date before we continue troubleshooting, but it's not necessary. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information | ||
