| Hello. Can I have a blizzard representative to look at this issue? It is very annoying that I have to unlock and reset my password almost every time I want to log to Battle.net on the website. Why does it happen so often? Here's some details from my emails: - 16-09-2013, 02:17 - password change notification - 16-09-2013, 02:16 - reset password link - 16-09-2013, 02:11 - account locked - 16-09-2013, 02:05 - password change notification - 16-09-2013, 02:04 - reset password link - 16-09-2013, 02:03 - account locked - 12-09-2013, 19:22 - password change notification - 12-09-2013, 19:21 - reset password link - 12-09-2013, 19:12 - account locked - 12-09-2013, 19:09 - password change notification - 12-09-2013, 19:08 - reset password link - 12-09-2013, 19:04 - account locked - 16-07-2013, 23:00 - password change notification - 16-07-2013, 22:59 - reset password link - 16-07-2013, 22:52 - account locked My login pattern is always the same. I am always on the same system, same ISP, but not on the same location. I live in 2 places and I bring the system with me from one to another at times. | ||

| Hello, The system should adapt over time to your login patterns, however if it's not doing that and you're still getting locked repeatedly, the best option would be an authenticator. This should stop the locks from occurring. Otherwise the only thing we can recommend is that over time, the system should cease locking you. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes. | ||
