We've also discussed allowing bosses the first time you kill them in each difficulty to have a guaranteed chance to drop a Legendary. this should not happen because... people can delete and remake chars just to farm legendaries in inferno they said guarantee chance which is different than what it is now which is "has a chance" that would make legendaries too easy to find...if it was for maybe nm and lower it would be ok | ||
