| I've had this error for about 2 days now (unable to obtain achievement data). I've reset my bnet password, I've deleted the cache so on so forth. Still nothing has helped. It refuses to work on the US server but when I change to Asia or Europe my achievement data is there? Please help me this is beyond frustrating! | ||

| Neeky, That's odd because this was resolved last Tuesday already. Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though. It's going to appear in a few places in the file. | ||

| Neeky, I don't see a cause but since you're in the SEA region and we've had/have connection issues there recently, and a 315000 is a connection-related error message, could you try the steps in this thread above and see if it helps? http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7708811770#1 It basically has you use a public DNS provider instead of the one your ISP selects for you. | ||
