| Hi? Before - sorry for my English knowledge. I have problems with my Diablo acount. I bought Diablo last year (Summer 2012). It was still a novelty for us in Czech Republik. I installed it, and play. After a year I wanted to re-install, but.. my old acount isnt and my CD key is not usable. Why? :( | ||

| TKMonkey, I'm not seeing any indication the Battle.net account you're posting from ever had Diablo III attached to it. It only has the Starter Edition you just installed. My guess would be that you attached it to a different Battle.net account? I can check for that if you email me the authentication key you're trying to use. I'll be able to see if it's been claimed and which account it's on. From there, I may be able to provide you with the account name if the contact information matches.
