| hi i need some help ive tried every tool i can find on the forums and it wont allow me to instal a new driver i have an hp g71-448cl notebook running windows 7 with mobil intell(R) 4 series express chipset family. every time i try to install something compatible with diablo it says its a costomized driver and contact the manufacter but that didnt work ether.. is there anything else i can do to get this game to work on this computer | ||

| necro, Since it's a notebook, it's highly unlikely you'll be able to upgrade the video. Only high-end gaming models are built with removable video modules. Such a laptop would never be offered with an Intel Series 4 initially. | ||

| necro, There really isn't much I can suggest other than to use another computer as the one you have now isn't going to work for Diablo III. I know that's not great news or what you wanted to hear, but I can't make something work that isn't capable of doing so. There are user threads describing unsupported or condoned "workarounds" to get by the installation issue and they "sort of" work to some extent, but the computers using these workarounds are still not going to run the game well if at all. You'll have to search for the threads or another user might post a link for you. | ||
