| yesterday i have 4 item selling in the AH. the time expired. and i log in today.. my item is gone. my gold is same and there is no item return on the stash! !@#$... WHAT HAPPEN TO MY ITEM... i hope someone solve this issue... thanks | ||

| LordMasteryu, I don't see any auctions at this time for which the item or gold was not sent. You'll need to be more specific and provide the auction ID # involved. You can also submit a support ticket but you'll still need to provide them with the auction ID #. 1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit 2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance. 3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected. 4. Type in "auction house" and click Next. 5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket". 7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit". | ||
