| My brothers account is locked and we cant unlock his account because the e-mail from battle.net was sent to wrong address. A few months ago we tried changing the e-mail address and i suspected it did not work because at logon battle.net still required the old e-mail as user name. Well a few days ago my brothers account got locked and i was right, the e-mail address did not change. Old e-mail address: <Snip! Removing personal information - Natryndon> (currently blocked/cant use this e-mail) New e-mail address: <Snip! Removing personal information - Natryndon> (active/ new useable e-mail) How can my brother unblock his account? | ||
