| So recently I had an issue with my computer where I had to essentially 'restore to factory settings' so I had to reinstall D3. However I'm not able to even install. I just load up the 'setup' which goes to the launcher, and then everything looks normal, except it hasn't stopped saying 'initialising...' for about half an hour now. This is after having reopened it a fair few times for the same result. There's no issue with my firewall because I have the exact same settings on it as before the crash, and there was no D3 problem then, even looking, there shouldn't be now. So, what's going on and what can I do? And DO NOT say firewall, because it's not that >_> I say only because that seems to be the only response I ever get. | ||

| Hello, It's not your firewall. Check your IE settings: battle.net/support/article/disabling-proxy-settings Then see if the Launcher works. | ||
