| Hey guys, thanks a lot for your reports! A quick update for you: As you can see from the information posted in this thread, the problem lies outside of our infrastructure so unfortunately we have no way to provide an ETA of any sort. We are in contact with our network partners to see if there's anything we can do to help or expedite the investigation but for the time being you guys are going to need to report this to your respective ISPs as they are in a better position to update you on the situation. We will, of course, do our best to provide what updates we can here in this thread. For the time being, we have sufficient data for the investigation at our end but please feel free to post any issue updates you believe may be helpful for us or the rest of the community. it is obvious that this is somehow related to your servers Actually quite the opposite Soulforged, just look at the pathpings in this very thread. =) OFC ITS NEVER Blizzards fault Oh believe me, it often is, just look in this very forum for evidence of that. a restart of the server might fix the problem. We wish, that would be awesome and we could get you guys back in the game quickly. But unfortunately the issue has nothing to do with our servers. =( | ||

| Hey there Fellowship (and everyone else). Sorry for the lack of blue responses but as you have no doubt confirmed by now, this was not a Blizzard issue and unfortunately we were unable to assist. However, our network partners did inform us that they were contacting the problematic 3rd party to let them know they had a potential issue, but obviously we have no contact with them. However, we can assume that the primary cause for the issue has now been resolved by whoever was responsible as we are no longer receiving reports about this. If you are experiencing disconnection issues then please follow the instructions in this sticky thread. You may also find this support article useful for troubleshooting. In the meantime I will close this thread down as the specific issue it relates to has certainly been alleviated by the people responsible, if not resolved completely. | ||
