| Hello, If you're still experiencing issues please run the repair tool. Once this has been done, delete Battle.net Cache and then test the reporting features again. | ||

| Alrighty, seems this was sent up for investigation a couple of days ago (sorry, I must have missed it!) Seems like it's a pretty widespread issue that cannot be resolved at the user's end. It's obviously a priority for the operations team in charge of the investigation, but we apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime. | ||

| The problem is indeed still ongoing. Bear in mind that it doesn't happen to everyone every time though. The investigation continues and we'll let you know if we have any news. =) | ||
