| Hi, I'm having issues launching the game. In the beginning of the launch process I get a gray screen and a pop up window with a graphics error. It tells be that the program was unable to create the D3D device and that I have to click "retry". However, after clicking retry, the same error message appears again and again. It's strange as earlier in the week I had no issues launching the game. Wow and SC2 launch without any issues. This is a new laptop (XPS14). I do use a docking device for a second monitor, etc. Any clue what could cause this error? Many thanks | ||

| Hello Petalpusher, Try testing the game in windowed mode (full screen) to see if the issue persists. | ||
