| My Video card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570M) has always run the game pretty well, and still does, but I get an error message when I start it up that the Video Card is no longer supported (BLZBNTBNA00000131). I've checked the https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/D3supportedvideo site and noticed it's Desktop counterpart, GeForce GTX 570, is listed under Supported - High Performance, but the M version is nowhere to be found. Just want to understand the logic of this. I currently running this (as per NVIDIA GeForce Experience) in the following settings: Antialiasing: On Clutter Density: High Display: Fullscreen Letterbox: Off Low FX: Off Physics: High Resolution: 1920x1080 Shadow Quality: High (Smooth) Texture Quality: High So pretty much everything on high without the game glitching or bad performance, which makes me wonder why this specific card isn't supported. | Shark711 & BlackOut, Both the HD 6800 series and GTX 570M are supported, there's something else causing this. It's possibly outdated drivers which we'll be able to see if the requested dxdiag info is posted. I'm also interested in seeing which operating system and service pack release you're both using. I'd like to know if you're both using the beta Battle.net Desktop App or not too. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
