Hello,

The pathpings have a slight latency bump in them, but that's to be expected for the distance covered.

Can you try making sure no other application is interfering:
battle.net/support/article/shutting-down-background-applications

As well as checking these options in your network adapter;
battle.net/support/article/network-card-support

Then see what happens?
