| Hi guys and girls, Here is what happened : So I was playing ( 21/08/2013) a game with 2 irl friends of mine, this was not a public game, just a private game. At the specific time i had just put my wizard's ( Azumi ) gear on the ground so one of my friends could use it for ubers. At the moment I leave the game to change back to my monk, my 2 friends got Dc''d from the game due to an error. I could see it because i could immediately change the games quest. One of my friends got an error on his screen, I've send this to the blizzard support. So i lose about 600m just because the was a blizzard error, I had done this many times before so I know this error shoudnt have happened. when asking assistance from Blizzard support the answer i got was : Good luck on finding better gear asap.... When u played 1000+ hours and lose about half your capital that really wasnt the answer I was looking for. The way i see it : Blizzard brings out a game, full of errors, when something bad happens due to one of those errors all they can do is wish me goodluck ? I was really looking forward to playing the expansion but I can't launch the game without having to cry... This sucks big time... I played this game about every day, but atm i rly dont know what to do... I suppose now i know how it feels to get scammed... Plz Blizzard, help me out guys ! | ||

| Hello, I'm afraid that this is not something we're able to assist players with. There are safeguards built into the game which prevent these type of situations.
