| Vertigo101, Your crash looks sound-related. Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. | ||

| Vertigo101, You might try updating the Realtek sound drivers to these: http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Codec-Windows-Vista-Windows-7-64-bit/3000-2120_4-75317047.html?tag=contentBody;pop Use the Direct Download Link button on that page under the Download Now button. I would also recommend setting the number of sound channels to 16 or 32 in-game. We're currently recommending the earlier 306.97 Nvidia video drivers due to reports from users having problems with 314.07 right now too. http://www.nvidia.com/object/win8-win7-winvista-64bit-306.97-whql-driver.html | ||

| Vertigo101, We've been seeing mostly crashing issues with the latest drivers in World of Warcraft. Minimizing during gameplay is usually another application running in the background grabbing focus. Running in windowed mode often can help determine which, if any, program is doing that. | ||
