| Hello! First - I don't know if this thread is for this section,but I couldn't find any hackers issues sections or so.If its not for here than I'm really sorry - please move it to the right one! Not long ago I started Diablo 3,played for 3-4 weeks and stopped for a month or so.When I came back,I found out that I'm banned for botting. While investigating I found a character lvl 70 paragon on my US profile in us.battle.net which I've never made,because I play ONLY on EU region.I made a ticket,explained everything and got unbanned.Deleted the US character,changed pass and email. Played for a week or so,stopped again,and when I came back I decided to check the US profile and surprise - lvl 40 paragon char,obviously botting.Changed pass again,email again,sold his items,wasted his gold and deleted his char AGAIN. BUT,for some hellish reason,this guy managed to get in my account and create another character.Found it at lvl 47 paragon.I'm pretty sure that its the same person every time because he makes always monk and always with the name "aaa". And always on that character have someone in the friend list with monk on the same paragon level with the "aaa" name. What the hell am I supposed to do? I got no money for authenticator.No,seriously,some people really got no money for bonus secure stuff and etc.I can only pay my internet and other necessary stuff and once or twice a year - buy a game. To be honest,I wouldn't really mind this guy if he was playing normally,I'm not logging often anyway,but he is freakin' botting,he'll eventually get me banned again.And I can't shoo him.What will I type in the support ticket if I have to get myself unbanned once again? Whatever it would feel like a fat lie. What options do I have to keep my account secure? Thank you for your time! ~Grimegg | ||
