| Hi, can a blizz big cheif please explain to me why i cannot log into diablo 3 from 6pm to 11pm EVERY DAY!? I stream diablo 3 on twitch and have a big fan base but its hard to provide to these good people if i cant log in! Blizzard please help im at my wits end, i have done everything to try to log in flushed dns, changed to us/asia servers etc, ive tryed all the "fixes" posted on these forums and usa forums and NOTHING works! I live in the UK, my internet is EE Fibre Optic. I have no problems logging into any other game apart from diablo 3. I have no lag issues with any other game. Yours frustrated bigdaddyden76. | ||

| Hello, If this is only happening at specific times, then network congestion would probably be the cause. However in order to check that, we'd need the following info: ISP : Town and Country : Network Adapter Make and Model : Modem/Router Make and Model : And a path ping to your region: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/running-a-pathping-test Please make sure that you get this info when you're experiencing the issue as it won't highlight anything odd if you're able to log in normally. | ||
