| I tried all the fixes. I just wiped the hard drive last month so its new, The game was playing perfectly on max graphics yesterday at this time. Once the server went down and came back on i was not able to play the game in any sort of reasonable way. I should not have to reinstall my drivers. I should not have to reset my settings. I should not have to defrag my harddrive. Blizzard did an update, it works for some and doesn't work for others. Sorry but i see no information on the forums on this problem. All i see are forums mods deleting all these threads so people do not know of this issue happening. When they did respond, it is the typical customer support tactic game companies use. Blame the user and say the company found no problems. I feel horrible for you blizzard forum mods and community people. Obviously the state of this game is pretty bad and you guys are on the front lines taking all the hits. | ||

| Ancarsus, The only threads that get deleted are those utilizing profanity, masked or otherwise. If you'd like to provide a description of your issue along with your dxdiag info, I'll be happy to see if anything stands out. Saying you've tried all the fixes doesn't really help me much either. I'd prefer a list of each step already tried so I don't ask you to do it again. | ||
