| Hi, here's my problem: Whenever I try loading my monk, 99% of the time it will just stay on the loading screen. The red bars will keep going, so I know it's not frozen. However, it won't do anything else. It's quite frustrating. I've left it going a few times, clocking 20 minutes before I lost patience and closed the client. I've tried restarting the client multiple times, no change. The few times I actually do get in after about 5 minutes of waiting on my monk, the problem comes right back after I leave the game and try to make another one.If I didn't know any better, I'd suspect my monk was 'locked out' just like in diablo 2. Except this is ongoing over days.. This problem doesn't occur on any of my other characters. But with other characters, I have connectivity issues. I get dropped after like 3 minutes of game play. | ||

| Khanthos, Try deleting the following folder, \Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache, then run the repair tool in the launcher. You access that under the Help tab across the top of the launcher. It can take a while to run as it rebuilds the deleted info so please be patient and let it finish. You may also want to try following the steps in this article: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-the-battlenet-cache-folder-pc?utm_source=internal&utm_medium=support_forums&utm_campaign=BlizzardCS | ||

| Khanthos, Deleting the Cache folder shouldn't really cause any problems. Let's try deleting Agent and letting it get reacquired. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-battlenet-tools-folder-pc?utm_source=internal&utm_medium=support_forums&utm_campaign=BlizzardCS | ||

| Khanthos, The only place any info specific to any of your characters would possibly be is in the cache folder I had you delete earlier. Everything else is all stored on our servers so it's probably not really tied to your character but instead is connection-related since your other characters experience issues with that. In looking at your connection history, it looks like there's been problems for you going back to early January? Are you using wireless anywhere in your internet connection? | ||
