| Bruce , The next time you get it to crash, please post the D3Debug.txt file. It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though. It's going to appear in a few places in the file. | ||

| Stone, Is that the full report? There's a lot missing. Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. | ||

| Bruce, It appears to be a sound-related crash but I also suspect your current video drivers. Could you revert them to Nvidia's 306.97 release and see if still crashes? If it does, post the new D3Debug.txt file again. http://www.nvidia.com/object/win8-win7-winvista-64bit-306.97-whql-driver.html | ||

| Stone, That appears to be a normal debug file with no indication of a crash occurring. | ||
