| Just started to have this issue last couple days. I log in fine, and everything is normal, then after about one minute, I can't access my stash, talk to any NPCs, or fight. The monsters stop moving and I can't enter new areas. Then it takes a long time to leave the game, and eventually exit Diablo 3. I've logged in and out and changed characters and the problem persists in both private and public games. Also it seems like areas don't fully load, as the edges of the map are often giant gray square areas with no graphic content. Thanks for your help with this issue! | ||

| Gyiorhad, That sounds like a connection issue. How do you connect to the internet? If it's a wireless connection, are you able to test with a wired connection instead, even if it's only temporary? You can also try power cycling your modem and/or router devices. To do that, you'd simply remove power from them for a few minutes, then plug them back in and let them initialize. If other users are sharing your connection, be sure to warn them as they'll lose their connections while the devices are resetting. There's a folder you can delete that may help too.
