I have attempted to find the answer to my quesrtion but have not. I am currently under a 60min account mute, (which is BS) due to posting some items for trade, not spamming.. i posted 1 post in this channel. And someone began pming and did not like my price, so he decided to go ahead and rally ppl to report my *1* post.

The email i have recieved is extremely vauge and says that i cannot
*excessively communicate the same phrase.
*spam the same phrase within 30 seconds...

I have neither done either of these things, I post my items 1 time in a trade channel, switch to another trade channel and post my items there 1 time.... Is this going to get me another mute??? because i post once in more then one channel?

I NEVER spam a single channel, and hate ppl that do.. please respond to this blue. i need clarification

I'm afraid Technical Support doesn't' have anything to do with account or gameplay issues like this. There's nothing anyone can do in here to help. You're going to need to wait until the restriction runs it's course.

It's not a Technical Support issue still. Something like this would be better posted in our General Discussion forum. Or you should use whatever method the email you were sent indicated for contacting us.
