| So, approximately 6 months ago, my ability to play Diablo 3 was ended. I got a glitch on my account. Basically whenever I ran my cursor over my friends list the game would crash. I've checked back once a month seeing if it's been fixed, checking statuses on people having the same problem. And nothing has been fixed. On top of all this, my Diablo 3 account has now been HACKED. All of my characters have been deleted and replaced my a lone Level 8 Barbarian that I haven't had the ability to make. This is incredibly frustrating because I have a WoW account too, that I have been contemplating reactivating. But now I simply can't knowing that any information I provide will be at risk. Pardon my language but I'm pissed off. 60$ on a battlechest, 40$ for WOTLK, 40$ for Catalysm, plus 12 months of game time equaling 180$ (using game time cards) and 60 for Diablo 3. And I can't even use any of it now. Level with me. Knowing all this information I've given you, are you going to fix this? I can provide any additional information you require. | ||

| Canabro, I see no previous posts from you, but I do see you submitted a support ticket back in October. They linked you a support article with troubleshooting suggestions but I see no further contact from you after that. I've also not seen any other posts from people with the same problem, can you perhaps link one or two? Something like this should be easy to fix once we have the necessary information, such as your dxdiag info and the D3Debug.txt file from the game folder. I still see a level 52 Demon Hunter on the account as well as several other lower level characters. There's a single level 2 Monk character on the European region as well. | ||
