| AYAN61, What problem are you having exactly? Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. | ||

| AYAN61, They're just text files. Open them with a text editor such as NotePad and copy/paste their contents into your reply. | ||

| AYAN61, You aren't using the latest Catalyst drivers right now. Could you try installing these? http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/legacy/Pages/legacy-radeonaiw-vista32.aspx Omit the Hydravision product for now. After installing them and before testing the game, reset the Catalyst settings back to the factory defaults. 1. Right click on your desktop, open up Catalyst Control Center. 2. If you do not have Advanced options to begin with, make that happen. 3. In the upper right hand corner of the window, go to Options. (newer versions of CCC will have a Preferences selection instead) 4. Go down to Preferences. (skip if you're already there) 5. Select Restore Factory Defaults. . | ||

| AYAN61, You're still on older drivers according to the dxdiag report. Driver File Version: 8.17.0010.1129 (English) Driver Date/Size: 11/16/2012 22:50:54, 918528 bytes Please use the link I gave and try those drivers. | ||

| AYAN61, Try uninstalling the old drivers and CCC before reinstalling them. The PC will revert to the older default VGA drivers when you do so don't be alarmed | ||

| AYAN61, Ok, for some reason dxdiag is reporting an earlier file version but the driver version number is correct for Catalyst 13.1 Driver File Version: 8.17.0010.1129 (English) Driver Version: 8.970.100.7000 If those drivers and a Catalyst reset aren't fixing the issue though, there's not much more I can suggest. It would be helpful if you were able to swap out the card with something else to see if the problem remained or went away. It could also be a game setting. Try changing this line in your D3Prefs.txt file HardwareClass "3" to HardwareClass "4" This may actually cause a slowdown in performance but may unlock graphic features you're currently unable to experience. | ||
