| Good evening. Ever since 1.0.7, my game has been constantly disconnecting. It doesn't even matter if I'm playing or not. Sometimes I start up D3, check the AH, alt-tab out, and then by the time I alt-tab back in, it will tell me I'm disconnected. I can login again instantly most times (sometimes it still stalls at connecting to Battle.net and then I just rage quit the client) and then I'll jump into an actual run and it seems like I can play for about 5 minutes or so and then it'll disconnect again. At one point, it seemed to be a coincidence it would happen every time after a Legendary dropped, but now it just seems like it happens whenever, wherever. Is there any assistance? This is making the game completely unplayable. Thank you. | ||

| Leviathan / Natas, I see you're both using Verizon. Does it happen to be their FIOS system too? We've been working to help Verizon for the last few weeks with a congestion problem, primarily affecting World of Warcraft users but I've seen several Diablo III users as well with issues. It's not anything I can directly help you with unfortunately as it's something Verizon needs to work out with their peering partners possibly.
