| Bought a shield on hardcore AH 6 days ago and not received it (Auction ID 1492520357). Opened a support ticket (EU35958363) after 4 days. First they tried to close the ticket, responded to me saying to check auction house inventory, stash and heroes. All of which I had done and stated so on my original ticket. They also stated it can take up to 48 hours. As it was already 4 days I reopened the ticket as they said they would investigate further. Then they said to wait up to 5 days and contact them then if I still hadn't received the item to get back in touch. At this point it was already 5 days so I again reopened the ticket. Now I am being told to wait up to 10 days. How far are they going to move the goalposts before doing any investigation? | ||
