| Have you used up your BattleTag changes gutwine? Log in to you account management page and there should be a 'change' button next to your BattleTag. =) | ||

| Chaoswarrior, You're confusing BattleTags with Battle.net account names. The BattleTag itself is not used to log in, i'ts just an identifying feature used in game primarily, as well as the forums when you post if you have that avatar selected. You log in to the game with your Battle.net account name which is always an email address. | Chaoswarrior, The two BattleTags you listed for her are tied to two different Battle.net accounts (email addresses). She can try the one she's using now but without the "19" in the name. However, I'm not seeing any characters on that account, but it is a retail version. It only has the Diablo III game license too, no other games are on that account.
